Brief about DIR 3 KYC : All Director will have to re validate their DIN - Director Identification number once in every year.
In the First year of obtaining of DIN, All Director holding DIN will have to file DIR - 3 KYC offline form validated by a professional. From Second year onwards a simple Web e KYC option is enable in order to complete the KYC
Non Compliance : Non Compliance will attract a penalty of Rs 5000
Due Date of Filing : Last date to file DIR 3 Web KYC is 30th Sept of respective of Financial year
Steps to complete DIR -3 Web KYC Online
2. Login using the credentials ( User name : Ajaykonale4 , Password : Qwerty@123)
3. Go to MCA Services and Select DIR-3 KYC Web
4. Enter the Director DIN and Trigger the OTP
(Note : If you don't know your DIN, You search your company name in this website https://www.zaubacorp.com/ and you will find the DIN in the last section)
5. You can enter the OTP received in your email and phone number and proceed with verification and complete the DIR 3 KYC, You can download the acknowledgment number in the last step
Important Note : This process must be done for all the Director Seperately
